 Kiddieventures

What every child needs is a balance of the two, which we could call loving authority. This would consist of equal parts of self-esteem (developed through unconditional love) and self-control (fostered by authoritative discipline and training). Together, these will build a stronger foundation for a child, just as the right balance of powder and water bond together into the most stable concrete.

 Infants

Your Infant's Day

The experiences infants have during the early months and years of life are crucial to healthy brain development. Lots of personal attention and interaction between our teachers and your infant will promote basic cognitive and social skills. Singing, reading and talking are just some of the behaviors that support development during this critical stage.

Building Bodies

Physical development of coordinated motor skills is a large part of an infant's first year. Building Bodies activities help build physical strength and motor coordination with daily experiences that allow infants to practice fine-motor skills, hand/eye coordination, hand and full body movement, and more.

Brain Games

Infants begin to use and integrate their senses right away to explore their new world. Through Brain Games activities, children use one or more of their developing senses related to memory, spatial orientation, and cause and effect.

First Words

Language and communication development is most profound during a child's first three years of life while the brain is developing and maturing. First Words activities help develop skills in an environment rich with sounds, sights, and consistent exposure to speech and language.

Making Friends

Feelings of confidence, pride, trust, friendship, and humor are all part of social-emotional development. Making Friends activities promote early social interactions and conversations, develop facial expressions to communicate, and support self-identity.

 Toddlers

Your Toddler's Day

Kiddieventures® Academy's toddler-specific curriculum enables your child to grow in confidence and learn to walk tall in their new world.

 Building Bodies

Toddlers are naturally curious and want to explore the world around them. We have designed our classrooms and equipment to support safe exploration so your child has room to discover, build motor skills, and improve coordination. Activities focus on experimenting with space to develop balance, hand/eye coordination, participation in creative movements to music, and more.

Brain Games

Toddlers need an environment that is interesting to explore, safe, and filled with caring teachers who respond to their emotional and intellectual needs. Our program offers children a variety of fun, stimulating activities, such as matching and sorting, exploring colors, counting, and categorizing objects.

First Words

A foundation for reading success begins as early as the first few months of life. Introducing toddlers to books and language nourishes early literacy development. Toddlers focus on first words and phrases, vocabulary development, following simple directions, and identifying and naming familiar items.

Creative Arts

Exploring art materials and experiencing music, dance, and drama enrich the classroom. Our experienced teachers reinforce important developmental objectives through these creative, fun experiences. Creative Arts activities are designed to introduce toddlers to cause and effect, self-expression through art and music, and taking on pretend roles.

Making Friends

As toddlers learn more about themselves and their abilities, they become aware of their social setting. With frequent opportunities for group experiences, they gain an awareness of others and a sense of group identity. Daily group-time incorporates a number of activities, such as songs, games, stories, and more.

 Pre K

Your Prekindergartner's Program Highlights

Teachers at Kiddieventures® Academy organize unique activities that are designed to support your child's social, physical, emotional and intellectual development. In Kiddieventures Prekindergarten program, your child will receive the necessary tools to move into, as well as thrive in, the final phase of his or her early education-all while having fun.

Language and Literacy

Each day we focus on age-appropriate literacy objectives, including letter recognition, letter sounds and emerging writing skills. Children are well on their way to becoming a wiz when it comes to reading and writing.

Mathematics

Children engage in the exciting work of numbers as they sort, construct, classify, and match. They also learn counting, measuring, and a variety of math skills.

Creative Arts and Music

Participation in creative arts and music allows children to showcase their talents. Exposing children to works by master artists and then asking them to create their own interpretation inspires children to find their own unique voice.

Scientific Discovery

Your child's mind for science will become stronger through hands-on experiences when he or she learns to predict results, test ideas and draw conclusions. As an explorer in this new world, your child will examine and use various tools of discovery.
